For a standard concierge or doorman request we deploy within 1–4 hours in Montreal and Toronto. Event crews of 10+ generally require 24–72 hours so we can brief and uniform the team properly, though we routinely handle emergency staffing on shorter notice.

Do you provide uniforms or do we?

Vision provides a standard professional uniform (black suit or branded polo, depending on role). If you want staff in your own branded apparel we'll wear whatever you supply — we just need it sized and delivered 48 hours before the shift.

Can I get bilingual staff for Quebec events?

Yes — every staff member we deploy in Quebec is bilingual FR/EN by default. In Toronto and Ottawa we can request bilingual teams on demand.

What happens if someone doesn't show up?
