From a vision to a movement
Vision Sécurité was founded on a simple idea: the security industry deserves better. Better training. Better technology. Better leadership. A higher standard of professionalism. What started as a small team of military veterans and security specialists is now one of the most trusted private security firms in Quebec and Ontario.

- Vision Security was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, with branch operations in Toronto and Ottawa. We have been a registered private security agency with Quebec's Bureau de la sécurité privée since the BSP regime was established, and have held our current Ontario PSISA agency licence since 2014.
What licences and insurance does Vision Security carry?
- We hold Ontario PSISA licence #30000230 and Quebec BSP permit GAR 20062877. We carry $5M commercial general liability and an active Errors & Omissions policy. A current Certificate of Insurance and a compliance package can be issued to your procurement team within one business day on request.
Does Vision Security subcontract guards to other agencies?
- No. Every Vision Security guard on site is a direct W-2/T4 employee of our agency. We do not broker staffing to third-party subcontractors. This is central to how we maintain uniform quality, a consistent supervisor chain, and auditable payroll compliance across every contract.
