Most security firms hire fast, train little and hope for the best. Vision Sécurité works differently. Less than 15% of applicants make our team. Every guard goes through full background checks, in-house training in combat and de-escalation, first-aid and CPR, and ongoing performance reviews.

When was Vision Security founded and where is it headquartered?
- Vision Security was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, with branch operations in Toronto and Ottawa. We have been a registered private security agency with Quebec's Bureau de la sécurité privée since the BSP regime was established, and have held our current Ontario PSISA agency licence since 2014.
What licences and insurance does Vision Security carry?
- We hold Ontario PSISA licence #30000230 and Quebec BSP permit GAR 20062877. We carry $5M commercial general liability and an active Errors & Omissions policy. A current Certificate of Insurance and a compliance package can be issued to your procurement team within one business day on request.
Does Vision Security subcontract guards to other agencies?
- No. Every Vision Security guard on site is a direct W-2/T4 employee of our agency. We do not broker staffing to third-party subcontractors. This is central to how we maintain uniform quality, a consistent supervisor chain, and auditable payroll compliance across every contract.
