(2) Post & patrol design: concierge posts, roving loops, randomized interior / exterior rounds and after-hours coverage windows tailored to the resident's actual schedule. (3) Visitor & contractor access matrix: who is allowed in, which door, what ID, what log entry — written down so no officer has to improvise. (4) Incident escalation tree: noise → supervisor → property manager → police, with pre-agreed thresholds so nothing gets over-reported or buried. (5) Weekly reporting: photo-logged rounds, incident summaries and pattern reports (parking, loitering, trespass) delivered to the board, homeowner or family office every Monday morning.
