We hire with the assumption that every new agent will eventually be trusted with a supervisor shift, a high-profile event, or a specialized deployment. That posture changes everything about our onboarding: background screening, uniform fitting, site-specific post orders, radio protocol, de-escalation training, report-writing drills, and a paired mentor shift before unaccompanied duty. Retention after the first year runs roughly double the industry average because we treat the first ninety days as an investment, not a probation.
Pay is competitive for Ontario PSISA and Quebec BSP licence holders, with shift premiums for overnight, remote and bilingual postings. Benefits include paid advanced certifications (fire watch, CPR, first aid, non-violent crisis intervention), WSIB and CNESST coverage, scheduling that respects posted availability, and a promotion-from-within policy for every supervisor opening. Bilingual operators who can run a French-English incident report within twenty-four hours have a visible career track into our supervision and training teams.
We are especially interested in candidates with a military, first-responder, corrections or hospitality background, as well as newcomers to Canada who have completed their provincial licensing program. If you are still in training, apply anyway — we can schedule an interview to start immediately after your licence is issued. Applications are reviewed by a member of our HR team, and shortlisted candidates are contacted within five business days.
