FAQ

Do you provide executive protection on top of lobby security?

Yes. We can layer a close-protection specialist onto an existing lobby or access-control footprint for board days, investor events, AGMs or high-sensitivity terminations.

Can you meet SOC 2 or ISO 27001 access-control expectations?

Yes. Access logs, visitor registers and shift reports are maintained in an audit-ready format with defined retention periods that meet SOC 2 Common Criteria and ISO 27001 physical-security controls.

Are your guards bilingual?

Yes in Quebec by default, and on request in Ontario. Ottawa posts are staffed bilingual by default due to the NCR client mix.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Every guard assigned to a corporate post signs the client's NDA (or ours if the client prefers) before unaccompanied duty.

Can you handle high-risk terminations?

Yes. Termination-day support includes pre-briefing with HR/Legal, standby posture during the meeting, discreet equipment return and escort to the exit — with written incident report.
